A tasty weeknight dinner that your teen will love!


1 pound ground turkey
1 jar of marinara sauce
1 package of turkey pepperoni
1/2 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
mozzarella cheese


Spray your pan and slow cooker with non-stick spray. Over medium-high heat, saute your diced pepper and onion until soft. Place in slow cooker. Next, pan-fry your turkey until no longer pink and drain any excess fat. Place turkey in slow cooker. Pour marinara sauce, turkey pepperoni, seasonings in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. When finished, cut up enough mozzarella to coat the mixture and place lid back on until cheese melts. Spoon mixture on sliced crusty roll and enjoy!
